The City of Collinsville seeks an experienced, innovative, and proven candidate to serve as the Economic Development Manager. The Economic Development Manager plans, organizes, and implements economic development functions from conception to completion, including business retention, business attraction and expansion, and incentive programs; performs a variety of responsible administrative, professional, and technical tasks. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; degree in business, marketing, public relations, or related discipline and Certification as an economic development professional (CEcD) from the International Economic Development Council is preferred.
