Scarlett Joy Prater, 3, of Collinsville, OK passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 in Tulsa. She was born March 20, 2015 in Tulsa, OK to Jerry Christopher and Felicia Elise (Sivertsen) Prater. She loved dancing, horseback riding, gardening, playing with baby dolls and her play kitchen. She had a warm, bubbly, soothing personality with an infectious smile who loved people, especially her sisters.


She is survived by her parents: Jerry and Felicia Prater of the home. 2 sisters: Annabelle Rose Prater and Evelyn Faith Prater, grandparents: David and Janice Sivertsen of Owasso, Jerry and Glada Prater of Ardmore, OK, Jody and Kim Chance of Prattville, AL, and Ellen Prater of Euless, TX, great-grandparents: Rose and Charles Chance of Prattville, AL. She is also survived by 3 aunts: Suzanne Sivertsen of Tulsa, Alexis Ruegger and her husband Nate of Burbank, CA and Kristen Prater of Euless, TX.


Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at the Baptist Tabernacle with Pastor Gary Boyd officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jerry C. Prater, Jerry T. Prater, David Sivertsen, Jody Chance and Nate Ruegger.
