Owasso Community Resources is led by a volunteer Board of Directors and a dedicated staff to help families in need.

As a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization, our board is committed to providing oversight of all contributions, assuring donors that every dollar goes to help families in need.

OCR began in 1994 through a Tulsa Area United Way (TAUW) venture grant.

Our goal was to mobilize volunteer efforts in the City of Owasso to improve the present social service delivery system.

It is through that humble beginning, OCR has transformed into an organization that note only connects volunteers with critical needs in the community, but provide essential services (food, utility and rent assistance) to families in need.
