The City of Broken Arrow will celebrate Arbor Day by planting several trees at Arrowhead Park. The trees include three oaks, one cypress, one maple, and one elm.

Councilor Mike Lester and City staff will plant the new trees with the help of 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders from Oakcrest Elementary School. Students will learn the importance of Arbor Day and preservation of trees.
