OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 3, 2015) – State Superintendent of Public Instruction Joy Hofmeister today announced the addition of an online catalog of information for education stakeholders. The Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) Reporting Index, accessible at the OSDE’s website (sde.ok.gov), provides access to more than 100 various reports ranging from district-by-district ACT scores to the effect of age on Pre-K cognitive development.

“It is important we make these reports easily accessible to parents, educators, schools, districts, legislators, universities, foundations, research partners, the news media and all our constituents across the state,” Hofmeister said. “We believe the Reporting Index will be a valuable tool and resource for anyone with an interest in learning about Oklahoma PK-12 public education.”

In addition, the index encompasses schools’ statistical and financial information, as well as records on enrollment, grants, federal and state awards, and other subjects. Links and directories for administrators and resource agencies are also available. Some records go as far back as the 1980s.
